Barrel Fermented Chardonnay
This delicious chardonnay was barrel fermented and aged in a combination of French and American oak barrels and made in the Sur Lie method. This method contributes to the complexity of the wine by integrating yeast characteristics with fruit and wood flavors, thus resulting in a wine with greater depth. This medium-bodied wine has great balance and a long, pleasant finish. Notes of ripe apple, lemon, lime, vanilla and butterscotch are evident when enjoying this unique wine.
