Our Wines

This Lot 6 Cabernet Franc is a blend of the selected barrels from three vintages and aged for an average of 36 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels. A small amount of Petit Verdot and Malbec were added to add complexity and to improve fruitness. This fruit-forward wine is bursting with flavors of succulent plums, strawberries, red cherries, and raspberries. It has nuances of herbs, spices, and chocolate with peppery undertones, and a smooth velvety, long-lasting finish.

This Lot 9 Cabernet Sauvignon continues Bordeleau's approach of blending our finest barrels from multiple vintages to achieve consistent memorable wines. Lot 9 is a blend of four vintages that were aged an average of 46 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels. This fruit-forward wine delights with aromas of dark bing cherry, black raspberry, and plum. The mid-palate impresses with flavors of cinnamon and hints of mocha and chocolate. The smooth tannin structure highlights the wine's vibrant, mouth-watering fruits and spices, lingering with a long-lasting finish.

Chambourcin has been Bordeleau's signature red wine for years, exhibiting table affinity and hand-crafted expertise. This garnet-colored Lot 8 has a medium-to-full supple body and offers aromas of cocoa, toasted wood, spiced mulberries, herbs, and pralines. A flavor-packed wine, our Lot 8 Chambourcin impresses with a dynamic finish.

Bordeleau's Lot 4 Malbec is a blend of three vintages selected from only the highest scoring barrels. This wine was aged 45 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels, resulting in soft, smooth tannins and wonderful flavors. This well-balanced and fruit-forward wine demonstrates the benefits of great terrior and reduced crop loads.

Our Lot 4 Malbec is full-bodied, featuring blackberry, blueberry, dark cherry and mocha flavors.

A bold expression of craftmanship and time. Lot 9 is a masterful blend of Merlot from the 2018, 2019, and 2020 vintages, artfully balanced with 5.5% Pertit Verdot from 2019. This wine was aged in a combination of tight grained American oak and French oak barrels, adding depth, structure, and complexity. Rich aromas of ripe plum, black cherry, and mocha unfold into layers of dark fruit, spice, and a touch of vanilla on the palate. The integration of vintages and varietals brings a harmonious texture and a long, satisfying finish. Crafted with patience and shared with pride.

This Lot 1 is a blend of 2016 and 2018 Old Vine Zinfandel, combined with one barrel of 2018 Malbec to add weight and complexity. On the nose are fig, blackberry, boysenberrry, cedar, and vanilla. This medium-to-full bodied wine features dark fruit, dark chocolate, and white pepper flavors with a long-lasting finish.
